Make God Known
The Gospel, which translates to 'good news', is something meant to be shared. The Scripture calls every follower of Jesus to spread the Gospel. At The Mount, our mission is to equip each believer with the necessary tools to effectively communicate their faith. Every event and outreach initiative is meticulously designed with the sole purpose of leading people to Jesus.
Make Disciples
We believe that disciples reproduce disciples. Every believer is called by scripture to make disciples. This means that we allow others into our walk with Jesus to teach them who Jesus is, what the Bible says, and how to walk with God daily. At The Mount you will find a group of disciples that are passionate about teaching others draw closer to Jesus in their daily lives.
Build Kingdom Communities
No single individual constitutes the Church. Rather, the Church is a collective body of believers called to bring Jesus glory together. No Christian is to live this life alone; rather, we are to live in community with each other. At The Mount, we build kingdom communities in three ways: through corporate worship every Sunday, through weekly house churches, and through active discipleship.
Everyone Contributes
Being a Christian goes beyond mere consumption. Upon salvation, every believer is endowed with spiritual gifts intended to grow and encourage the body of Christ. This implies that your participation should extend beyond passive attendance. At The Mount we want to make room for each believer to fulfill the role that God has called them to both on Sunday and every day life!
